"I will fulfill my greatest obligation as a leader and thereby confirm my status as a noncommissioned officer!”
A perfect promotion gift for a young new noncommissioned officer to remind them of the charge that was presented to them.
The NCO Corps, Charge to the NCO Plaque is constructed of sawmill lumber and has proven to stand test of time.
Each plaque is meticulously created to ensure perfection. We hand-paint all engraving to allow for ease of visibility. They are made of solid wood, we don't use any prefabricated (man-made) products on our plaques. Each plaque will include a hanging slot on the back allowing it to be hung on a wall or leaned against something.
When you decide to place your order, please include any information you want engraved on the front. The personalized plaque will be laser engraved onto a black metal plate and adhered to the lower portion.
Natural woods vary in both color and grain. Each one of the plaques are a unique one-of-a-kind piece and may not look identical to the examples pictured.
