Handcrafted from Southern Pine in Black or Vintage Green, each plaque includes the knife, custom blade engraving, personalized plaque engraving, and wall-hanging hardware.
Sizes and included insignia

Wood thickness: ¾″. Overall depth with the mounted knife: approximately 2″. Natural wood grain and finish variations make each plaque individual.

The knife is removable by loosening the hex-head mounting bolts. Follow the Safety & Care instructions before removal.

SAFETY & CARE — SHARP BLADE
This plaque includes a removable knife with a sharpened blade. It is intended for commemorative display and is not a toy. Hix Signature Heirlooms requires purchasers and intended recipients to be 18 years of age or older.
Handle the plaque and knife carefully during unpacking, installation, removal, and cleaning. Keep the blade away from your body and others. Keep the product out of reach of children and anyone unable to handle a sharp blade safely.
Before displaying, confirm that the knife is securely retained by its mounting hardware. Mount the plaque using hardware and anchors appropriate for the wall and the product’s total weight. Periodically inspect the knife mount and wall attachment. Do not display or handle the product if any component is loose or damaged; contact us for assistance.
Before loosening the knife’s mounting bolts, place the plaque on a stable surface and support the knife to prevent it from falling. Secure the knife fully before returning the plaque to display.
To care for the plaque, dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture.

Handling, removing, and displaying the knife are undertaken at your own risk. You are responsible for safe handling, secure installation, appropriate storage, and compliance with applicable laws governing purchase, possession, and transfer.
