A Soldier into the U.S. Army Corp of the Noncommissioned Officers (NCO) is a sacred thing. Often they go through an induction ceremony that signifies a significant change in their career, placing more responsibility and expectations on their shoulders. At some point during the ceremony, the inductees will stand, go to the position of attention and recite The Creed of the Noncommissioned Officers. All other NCOs in the room will stand and join them in support of the young, yet strong new NCO inductees. Near the end of their ceremony, they walk through an NCO arch, and are officially inducted into the Corp of Noncommissioned Officers. This plaque signifies and captures both the arch as well as the creed from an NCO Induction Ceremony. This makes a wonderful gift for families and leaders to order as a reminder to new NCOs of a very significant and special day in their career. This plaque measure 12” wide x 15” tall. A couple variations will come out in the near future as well, adding a space below for the name, promotion date and an optional custom inscription. Each plaque is meticulously created to ensure perfection. We hand-paint all engraving to allow for ease of visibility.
