It is designed for retirements, PCS farewells, promotions, changes of command or responsibility, ETS gifts, leadership recognition, and other milestones across every branch of service.
Each plaque is created around your recipient's story. Personalize it with a name and rank, service dates, unit or organization names, a written dedication, and up to 10 customer-supplied logos or images. Layout changes and help writing the inscription are always available.

Send the recipient's name and rank, dates, inscription, unit details, and up to 10 artwork files. Clear, high-resolution files are best. If you need help with wording or arrangement, tell us what you want the plaque to communicate and we will help build the layout. Production begins only after you approve the digital proof.
Rush Processing
Select Rush — 24 hours after proof approval (+$20) to move the plaque to a 24-hour completion timeline beginning after proof approval, including weekends. Please watch your messages closely so proof approval does not delay production. Rush processing applies to production time; carrier transit time is separate. The completed order is delivered to USPS the next business morning.
Installation note: Hanging hardware is attached to the back. Wall anchors, screws, and other wall-mounting hardware are not supplied; choose hardware appropriate for your wall type and the finished plaque.
